I have 1 room for rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment (ON THE TOP FLOOR) in East Boca Raton, Florida; that is only a 1 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, a 4 minute walk to Publix on Camino Real, a 8 minute walk to Mizner Park, and a 8 minute jog to the most beautiful beach and the Atlantic Ocean! Your “month to month” room cost includes Water, Valet Trash Collection, Direct TV, Internet, NetFlix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and a Nintendo at no additional charge! The washer and dryer are inside the apartment unit, as well as matching dishes and silverware, and of course a dishwasher. Your room is unfurnished. I am looking for a great roommate, and again I’m renting this on a “month to month” basis in an upscale living environment; THIS IS A GREAT DEAL! I am a quiet (bit of a nerdy person) who keeps his circle small, but those in my circle are truly wonderful people. I usually don’t have guests (not that I’m against them) because once I come back from my aviation job, I enjoy my quiet time. My female roommate is in the process of moving closer to her job in Miami, so I’m hoping to get someone in soon. I would love to show you around the apartment and the local area! Let’s see if we mutually feel like this is a fit! 🥂
