I have a spare room I would like to rent out. Looking for a female roommate, with preferably no children or pets.
2 small dog breeds already at the property. The bedroom is furnished, & you’ll have your own room with private closet, & bathroom. You’ll have access to kitchen appliances, washer & dryer onsite, nice backyard with a hammock, easy parking, & convenient location. This is a humble home with an average sized bedroom & closet fit for 1 person. The rent amount is all utilities included, with a month to month agreement. Furniture & decor from the bedroom can be removed at your request, if your preference is unfurnished.
