Room with partially shared bathroom

Hi, my name is Kristen. I am looking for a female roommate to fill the bedroom I have available. I say a partially shared bathroom because we will be sharing the shower but otherwise you have all the storage space available for you! It’s a bath very close to Los Feliz, Echo Park, Highland Park, and Atwater Village. Super convenient location in a really chill neighborhood! The apartment has a dishwasher, there’s laundry on , and two (covered) parking spaces! It also comes with a dog! His name is Oswald, he’s very friendly and he has a cat friend that I am cat-sitting until late October. I can’t have any more pets (especially dogs- Oz loves people but he’s not a dog’s dog) so unfortunately no pets allowed but you can hang with the two fur babies without having responsibility for them! Really the best of both worlds. Also, the bedroom is furnished in this photo but it won’t be when you move in. The landlords also allow you to paint the room! If you’ve read this far, thank you!
