Looking for BR

My roommates (NB) and I (m) are looking for a 4th person to take one of the 5 bedrooms in this house. Utilities would be about $ more after that. You would apply formally to join the lease through Dorman Real estate and our new lease starts in September but move-in date could be flexible. We are all easy-going people and try to maintain a clean, chilled out environment and there's plenty of space and multiple common areas and the bedrooms are decent sized.

Warning, we do have 5 cats, but make sure the place stays clean! (and again, the house is pretty big, so as crazy as 5 cats sounds, it's not like it's cramped or anything!)

5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms
Full kitchen with all major appliances
In-unit washer & dryer
Garage + driveway parking
Shared common areas (living room, dining space)
Quiet, residential neighborhood
Rented through Dorman Realty — you’ll formally apply to be added to the lease
