Hi! My husband and I are looking for a respectful, quiet female housemate to join our peaceful, happy home. We're both friendly, positive people who enjoy a calm, tidy living space — and we really value privacy and mutual respect.

The home is spacious, full of natural light, and kept very clean and well-maintained. We take pride in our environment and expect the same from anyone who moves in — cleaning up after yourself and keeping shared areas neat is important to us.

Your private bedroom is upstairs for and gets beautiful sunlight during the day — keeping it bright and naturally warm, especially during winter. The room also includes a private balcony with a sweet view over the alfresco area and a leafy street that’s just about to bloom with blossoms. It comes fully furnished with a bedroom suite: a comfortable Queen bed with mattress, two bedside tables, and a set of drawers with a mirror — so you’ll have everything you need to settle in comfortably.

Location-wise, it’s fantastic. We're in very close proximity to Highpoint Shopping Centre, Maribyrnong River walking trails, and public transport — with both a tram and a bus stop nearby, making it super convenient for students or anyone commuting into the city. You get the best of both nature and accessibility.

Also sharing the home are our many cheeky cockatiels (they love to whistle!) and our elegant British Shorthair cat who may try to join you for a bath if you let her. They're all gentle and full of personality.

We’re ideally looking for a quiet, independent, clean female — potentially a student — who appreciates a peaceful, pet-friendly home. Someone who’s often out or enjoys keeping to themselves would be a great fit for the space.
