3 bedroom condo shared with myself and another girl. Well maintained, clean home, with laundry! We are respectful to others schedules and will accommodate your hours of quiet time. No smoking in the house... I'm located on the first floor, plenty of areas on the lot with benches, along with a tennis court/basketball area, and gardening plots. Utilities included in rent. deposit + upon moving in. Central air unit for heat and cooling. Parking space available on lot.
