No Mammalian Pets.
No Smoking allowed. Vaping is OK in the bedroom or outside only.
No drugs.

Room available for one person only.

There are two males in the house. All males in the house are around and work professional jobs. If you are looking for a calm and clean environment, this is for you.

Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, gas), gym room, wireless internet, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

Room comes with a queen bed, trashcan, ceiling fan, light, desk, chair, curtains, and large closet.

All your possessions should be able to fit in your room and bathroom. Please, no extra kitchen material, furniture, or garage material unless agreed on by the owner. This situation is great for short term people that can fit all their belongings in one carload.
