3rd floor apartment room offer M/F

Hey there, thanks for checking out my ad.

I'm offering a room in my apartment that I need to get filled by the end of this month, so I'm much more willing to make it work if possible. My apartment offered washer and drier, your own bathroom, full kitchen, patio and the location is near by everything you'll really need. The apartment also has a solid amount of sound proofing so you won't have to worry about noise issues considering the bedrooms are connected.

Rent will be and this includes utilities as a whole, I also don't really use the living room and kitchen too much at all so as long as it's kept clean, I have no problem. For those who like to "smoke" I only ask that you do it on the patio and do nothing serious past some green.

For the apartment you will have to pay for their check they do and have at least decent credit, that is the only pre reqs. I'm planning on living here for another good year, but I'm willing to do 6 months if a year is too much.
