Looking for a roommate to replace my current mate who is moving out. Lease is September to August . The apartment sits in a beautiful complex in the Latah Valley just outside of Spokane. We are close to everything but still secluded enough to enjoy the forested surrounding and quiet of the outer Spokane suburbs.
