It is spacious with carpet, wall of shelving, wall of windows, and is downstairs. Furnished or unfurnished available.

Common areas include kitchen, living room, dinning room, washer/dryer, and yards. Full bathroom with bathtub is shared. Cleaning service. We maintain a PG atmosphere. No smoking or drugs, and sorry no pets.
