Looking for a Place to Rent in Calgary (Sept 1 Move-In)

Hi! We’re a quiet, hard-working newlywed couple moving to Calgary after our honeymoon in August. I work full-time with CN Rail, and my wife will be job hunting before the move. We’re very active (gym x a week), love the outdoors, cooking, and attending church regularly.

We’re looking for a dog-friendly apartment, townhouse, condo, or basement suite—preferably in the SW or SE area, within mins of the city. Our budget is $/month. Ideally, some utilities included and underground/garage parking for 2 cars would be a bonus.

We have one very calm, well-behaved 5-year-old Mastiff mix who has lived in apartments her whole life.
