Lease Transfer (we'll cover 2 mo)

Description

My son accepted UC Davis residence hall housing AFTER he signed the lease at Village and we need to find someone who will take over the lease at Sol. It is one bed in a double in a 3 bdr apartment with three other students. We will cover rent for the 2 summer months so it would only be a school year lease, September to June.
