Hi all! I am looking for someone to takeover my room in our 2Bed/
1BA Apt In Williamsburg, Brooklyn! I share with my roommate, Katalina. She's , works in marketing hybrid schedule, loves reality TV especially love Island. During the week she stays home but weekends enjoys nights out and chill nights in.

Building: *RENT STABILIZED*, elevator, located right off Hews J/M stop!

Apt: bath with IN UNIT LAUNDRY and dishwasher!

Room: Master bedroom with closet! Fits Queen bed, large dresser, small dresser! (I do not have exact measurements)

We are looking for/ Per Landlord:
-Willing to sign a 1 year lease starting
-Must be able to pay first month rent ($) and Security deposit ($) up front!
-You will need to work with the landlord to sign the new lease and get approved
-Female or older
-No guarantor
-No pets
