Hi, my name’s Arieana! I am looking for a female roommate attending ASU (preferably ) to take over my roommates lease and personal room at our bath unit at Rise at the Retreat!

Looking to get someone moved in by August ! ❗️❗️❗️

- rent is $/month (varies based off of utilities)❗️❗️❗️
- parking is included in rent
- it is within walking distance to ASU ( mins)
- everything is furnished (except bedroom that’s available for rent) and remodeled
- we have kitchen and cleaning supplies/appliances
- the room is spacious enough to fit a queen size bed
- i have a very friendly kitty named binx
- everything is beautifully decorated!
- $ application fee (leasing office will need to verify that you have an income with a pay stub or bank statement)❗️❗️❗️
- estimated total move in cost is $ rent + $ deposit❗️❗️❗️❗️
