Room for rent

Description

Room for rent in a quiet, respectful household. Rent is $ deposit. The bathroom is shared with one other person, and there’s also a shared half bath. Utilities are not included and are divided evenly by room. Laundry is available on- with assigned days for each person. No overnight guests allowed. There are dogs in the home, and other pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A background check is required. The room is not furnished, but we do have a king-size mattress available if needed. Kitchen is available for use, with designated pantry space, fridge space, and kitchen utensil storage provided. We’re looking for a clean and responsible roommate who is comfortable with dogs and willing to follow household rules.
