Located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from FAU. Room is furnished in furnished house. Bedroom is beautiful blue color, with big closet and great views of the garden. Clean and tidy household, we have a Roomba that we run almost daily. Pet friendly with huge backyard and hammock. Big outdoor seating area where smoking is allowed, none of us smoke but don’t mind a roommate that does. inch television and JBL speaker system in living room. Internet, utilities and one parking spot included. Bathroom is shared with only one female roommate. Month to month, 6 month or year long contracts available.
