Room for Rent

Hi, my name is Steven. I am a -year old professional.I have a home in the Jacksonville (a minutes’ drive to base) I’m wanting to share for $ Advance (Monthly Rent), a $ Security Deposit ) prior to moving in.I have one fully furnished bedroom for rent which has a queen-size bed, nightstand, dresser, large closets, central air conditioner/heat, overhead lights with ceiling fan and a half bathroom with a sink and toilet. Utilities, internet and garbage are included with the rent, along with access to the common areas of the house (a share bathroom, living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, large front/back yard and a parking area). A small, house-trained pet (with Security Deposit) is ok. Also, smoking ok but it needs to be in the back yard (due to health concerns).
