I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible roommate to share my quiet, comfortable two-story townhouse in a safe Vancouver neighborhood. Bedrooms are on the second floor alongside the main full bathroom. The home has bathrooms total. Your private, unfurnished bedroom gets plenty of natural light. Shared spaces include a half bath downstairs, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, cozy living room, and a fenced patio area. A connected garage is available for storage, and driveway parking is included.

Rent is $/month and covers high-speed internet and trash pickup. All other utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are split separately. A -month lease is required.

Cats are welcome with a pet deposit and monthly pet rent, unless they are officially designated Emotional Support Animals (ESA) per landlord rules. No other pets, please.

I’m the live-in owner—LGBTQ+ friendly, down-to-earth, and value honesty, maturity, and mutual respect. This is a calm, drama-free home. No smoking, no , no hard drugs, and no MAGAs. Occasional overnight guests are fine with advance communication. My teenage son visits overnight occasionally; he’s kind, respectful, and stays mostly in my area.
