The house is a reverse house so the kitchen is actually located upstairs which you are more than welcome to use at any time. The house is a split level which makes it perfect for a roommate and there are two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There are also pools and BBQ grills that can be accessed throughout the development and there is hour Security that patrols the neighborhood so it's very safe and quiet. Shopping is located nearby along with all major freeways are also close by.
