I’m looking for a clean, affordable shared room or bed space within walking distance of Mustang Rd, Alvin, TX. I will be attending the Correctional Officer Training Academy nearby and do not have a car, so location is very important.

My budget is $/month or less. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke or drink and will mostly be focused on training and rest.

I'm open to sharing with students or working professionals. I’m okay with basic furnishings (bed, desk, fan), and prefer utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, water) to be included or affordable.
