Room with private bath next to UCSD

Hey everyone, my name is Maya, I'm years old (turning this November) and my fiancé and I closed a new 1 year lease at Westwood apartments in university city.

We are looking for 1 roommate to move in on August 1st.

It’s a bath, meaning you would get a private room with a private bathroom. It’s $ plus utilities.

We will be fully furnishing the living room, patio, and dining room during the next week or two.

Little info about me:
- I am pescatarian (doesn't matter to me if you are or not )
- An Outgoing person- likes to explore, go on hikes, and still trying to learn to surf- but also likes my quiet time, playing board games and playing chess.
- I operate and run two small business
- I love reading my books- always curious learning more about the world.

Little info about Jonathan
- Obsessed with longboard surfing
- Loves hikes, being outdoors, and the ocean
- Operates and run two small businesses with Maya
- Has a day job working M-F from pm
- Will occasionally play a board game, cards and chess.
