Good news - I officially put an offer on a house which has been accepted. 🎉

Bad news - the person I had lined up as a roommate fell through and I'm now scrambling to find a roommate before I officially move in at the end of August 😅

Even better, if you're able to crash in my empty apartment room until late August ($ per month, prorated).

My place is a little townhouse near Cornelius Pass and Wilkins in Hillsboro. There are 2 rooms available for men only, no pets.

I'm looking for a longer term tenant with good rental history, references and respectful. I'm a Christian and hope to find someone who doesn't mind and respects that (I have a roommate agreement we'll go through).

Cost will be: $ a month and $ last month and $ security plus about $ background check.
