A 3 minute drive away from the University of Cincinnati and in a safe area on Ohio Ave. $/month + utilities around $ + one-time renter’s insurance $ (also willing to pay if needed). I have a friend who is a former student from UC and needs to sublet the apartment asap from August . She is willing to negotiate pricing to help with rent.
