Hi there! I’m a homeowner with a cozy, well-kept house in a great neighborhood just minutes from downtown. One of my tenants is moving out at the end of July, and I’m looking for someone to move in starting August 1st.

💰 Rent: $/month – includes all utilities (First month + deposit due at move-in)

Note: The room is still occupied, but I’m happy to share photos of the house and rooftop. We can also schedule a tour later this month.
