Looking for a good roommate. Must be ok with a cat. My cat is really nice and friendly. I'm also pretty easy to get along with as well.
You would only have to pay your part of the rent, so no utility bills.
Comes with nice sized kitchen, just make sure you clean up after yourself after using. You would have your own bathroom which is a plus as well.
