Looking for a 1 bed property

Hello! I’m a working professional looking for a one-bedroom property in the Leeds area. I’m open to different types of accommodation such as flats, houses, studio apartments, or bedsits, as long as they are self-contained.

I’m not looking for shared accommodation, so please only get in touch if the property is private.

A little about me: I drive, so I can be flexible on location, though ideally the property would have parking (off-street or permit) available. I’m tidy, reliable, and respectful, with a stable income, and I’d like to find somewhere I can treat as home for the long term.

In terms of budget, I can pay up to the amount in my post, per month for rent, and may be able to stretch slightly higher if most or all bills are included. Good access to local amenities would be a bonus, but not essential.
