Looking for a like-minded female professional to fill a private bedroom in a peaceful BA apartment. You’ll have your own private bathroom - it’s just outside the room, right next door.

Tandem parking is included in the rent. Utilities (internet, hot water, trash, electric, gas) are separate and
split evenly.

You’ll be sharing the space with me and my sweet, small white Maltipoo, so dog-lovers are a must!

My home is my sanctuary - calm, clean, and energetically grounding. I work a mix of from home and away. I enjoy hanging out with my roommates while also valuing quiet time and personal space.
