Hello, my name is Spencer I’m a year old looking for 2 available roommates coming in the next few weeks or couple of months out. I’m looking for respectable adults with common curiosity. The house is square feet. You will have your own bedroom and closest, the bathroom will be shared with the other roommate. There is a in ground pool on the property looking to be fixes in the very near future. I don’t care for surprises and assuming you don’t want your rent price to change month to month, so currently your utilities will be tied into your rent.
