LEASE TAKEOVER

I am looking for someone to take over my lease August/September at Central Island Square on Daniel Island. It is a bath with a huge balcony and the lease will end April . It is in a great location with walking distance to Starbucks, Acai bowl place, so many restaurants, walking trails along the water and 2 blocks over from the credit one stadium where there is a ton of concerts. The rent is $ each and utilities which is split.You will be living with my roommate! She is from texas, super cool and laid back.She is allergic to dogs and cats, and it has to be hypo allergic. I have a doodle and she does great with him! All the living room furniture and balcony furniture is hers so you wouldn’t have to worry about that. Looking for someone in there s!
