Hi, my name is Madi. I am looking for a reliable and responsible roommate to move in around for a -month lease. I am a hard worker - I work in management full time while pursuing my college degree online. I am a clean and quiet tenant, I'm looking for someone just like me. I absolutely love spending time with the people I care about and traveling. I can be respectful and flexible to your preferences - we can interact as much or as little as you'd like. I do have a dog, but I promise you will fall in love with him immediately. Since I work a lot, if you are ever willing to spend some time with him, I'd love it as much as he would!!

For context, I believe in being transparent: I am currently divorcing my husband (this is unfortunately a good thing), and he legally must be out by . Move in date may be flexible, but we had a month lease beginning in June. So this apartment will be in my name until October . And if you're worried about the drama of a divorce, it's been largely uneventful. It is an amicable split and we're not fighting each other on it. By the time you move in, he won't even be on the lease!

I did have to use photos from the apartment - his stuff is here as he's preparing to pack and move and we're utilizing both rooms as we live separately. Your room is large with an attached bathroom just for you and closet. The apartment has in unit laundry, kitchen, dining room, living room, balcony, and of course my room/bathroom. It is within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants, you really only need to drive to work and to get groceries. Your room most likely will not be furnished, we're still working out the details of who gets what. You will most likely need to be added to lease through the apartment complex, as well. Just be mindful of that :) We would split rent and utilities . I love my home, and I'm sure you will too.
