Hoping to find another woman who is struggling to live alone to share all functions of maintaining a household. Upstairs loft for rent. Shared rest of house. Fenced backyard on a dead end street. 3 season porch for hanging out. Quiet and Safe. All household chores to be shared including lawn maintenance. Washer and dryer in home, full basement for storage. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Price includes all: Rent, electric, water, sewer, garbage and internet. I am a tenant also and have been here 5 years just struggling to make ends meet in this economy. I am a working professional with a full time job. Pretty much a home body during the week. I am quiet and clean and pay my bills on time and looking for someone who can do the same. Looking for dependable, trustworthy, responsible employed roomate to share home and expenses. Must provide proof of income
