Year old Male moving to Philly

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kyle and I’m looking to move to Philly this fall October/November. I will be working as a nurse at HUP and budget is around . Would be willing to join an apartment as a roommate or look for something together. Intrested in Fairmount/Rittenhouse area but open to anything as long as my commute to work in University City is reasonable.

A little about me I enjoy working out and being outdoors. Love going out with friends and grabbing some food and drinks. I’m gay and it’s important to have a roomate who respects that. Would be down to have a roommate in could hang but also respect each others separate space and maintain a neat shared environment.
