This bedroom will need to be furnished. It does have a TV. I am looking for a single female to share my comfortable home. A deposit of $ to cover last months rent to move in and a $. security deposit. There is a parking spot in the garage for an additional $ a month. The electric/gas and internet will be split monthly.
