- ONE year contract minimum
- ONE month security deposit/utility deposit
- Single occupancy only
- NO pets allowed!
- 3 days per month for free for overnight guests allowed, maximum 2 guests.


Applicants need to pass the background check when applying for the room. Basic requirements:
1. Have a full-time job
2. Fair credit score (minimum )
3. Recent three employment payrolls
4. Background check/ no criminal report
5. No pets and no drugs

- Quiet neighborhood with small garden up front of the house
-Mini park with seating area and basketball hoop in the community and a small dog park
- local food places and grocery such as sprouts, Starbucks, Safeway, McDonald, Burger King
- Bart Station 2 minutes from house walking distance

Property details:
- Brand new single-family home built last year in
- New appliances at home such as dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washer and dryer
- Solar roof included with house (paid by landlord)
- 4 rooms total in house. Rooms A, B, C, D. Now, we are looking for a roommate for room B.
