Room in Hollywood District PDX

Hi everyone, having a friend move out of our current house and would love to have someone fill their spot this upcoming September. We’re a pretty quiet and clean household, the rest of the rooms are upstairs (3 of us), and the vacant room is on the first floor. So you would technically have the first floor mostly to yourself as we stay upstairs for the most part except for cooking.
