Graduate student looking for room

Description

I’m a recent graduate student who will be attending the Business School at
George Washington university in DC. I am currently looking for a room to rent in Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Arlington or nearby (it’s flexible) with good public transportation access to the campus.

Here are some of my preferences:
- Move-in date: end of August - beginning of September
- Rental period: for the academic year
- Preferably furnished (flexible) and a quiet place suitable for studying

A little about me: I am a quiet, tidy, respectful of personal space, and I’d appreciate the same from those I live with. I be happy to live in a clean and respectful household. Actually, I am looking for a place where I can do my studying stuff and hopefully have some interesting conversations together from time to time with my roommates in the same time or even sometimes spend some time together.
