Grad student for a room in Dallas

Description

I'm an incoming PhD student at SMU and I'm looking for a room in or near Dallas. I'm planning to move in on August . I had an arrangement with a potential roommate, but that fell through, so I'm looking elsewhere now. Currently in a different state and I won't be able to physically get there until the move-in date, so I'd appreciate a video call so I can see the place. I will have a paid teaching assistantship as part of my program, and I will be Uber driving and selling art on the side as well. I'm quiet and respectful, and I'll probably mostly keep to myself. I have a girlfriend who will visit occasionally, but we'll be long-distance so this will be rare. Looking forward to hearing from you!
