Hi! I’m looking for someone interested in renting a room in my townhouse, located just a 5-minute drive from Langley Walmart.

I have two kids who are with me % of the time, and we’re usually out during the day—home between pm most evenings. The space is quiet, clean, and respectful, and I’m hoping to find someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and comfortable being around children.

Private bathroom, utilities, wifi and laundry included. Also, twin size bed and desk can come in the room if you’d like.
