Looking for a complete LEASE TAKEOVER of my bath apartment. Lease ends July with the option to renew. Beautiful apartment, amazing complex and staff with timely maintenance. Only leaving because of a family emergency needing to take me out of state for an unknown amount of time.

Rent is $ If there are two people living in the apartment then rent is split evenly to about $ a month (varies because of water). This price INCLUDES: base rent, WIFI & cable (technology package), covered parking space, water, and fees.
The only thing not included is electric.
