Cozy basement bedroom available for rent. We currently havre four bedrooms rented, although one person is willing to move to this bedroom if you want theirs. We are all guys. Bed frame, mattress, small desk and clothes rack all included or replaceable. Location is great for south campus (business, Econ, journalism) and good for the rest of campus too. We will have a fun atmosphere but not crazy and we’re gonna keep everything pretty clean. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re at all interested. I wanna make this a good deal for everyone involved. Rent is $ as of now and utilities usually don't go above $ per person. This small room takes a smaller percentage of the utility cost.
