Hi my name is Latisha, aka Lety, I've lived in Sacramento CA, all my life, FortyEight Yrs, I am looking for a room to rent, immediately, I do not drink, smoke, nor do I do drugs, never! I don't party either, an I spend time with my adult children! I am easy to live with, an friendly, as well as a family person, so it's ok if roommates, has children in the home! the above amount includes the utilities! an is my mix for rent, budget!

I am willing to pay a refundable deposit, when deciding on to move in, date an time, as well as given the key to do so, I am also looking for a place with access to do my laundry, in the home, or on sight, however that is not a must, I can go use a public Laundry Mat, that's also fine with me!

Also I am looking to rent in Sacramento CA, an the surrounded area, of Sacramento CA, that's it! because everyone knows here comes Joe Montana, Steve, an Broccoli!! LoL! I am really going to change Broccoli's number to , I'm serious, that's what it is, quit playing!!!!
