Hi everyone!
We’re looking for someone to sublet our beautiful apartment in Rogers Park starting mid to late August (we’re relocating for a job change). It’s a spacious bath for $/month, just a short walk to the beach and close to Loyola — perfect location for summer and beyond!

🛋️ The apartment:
• Bright and full of natural light
• Big kitchen with plenty of storage
• Jacuzzi bathtub (yes, really!)
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Balcony
• Bike room
• Option for extra storage downstairs ($ large)

We’re happy to leave it partially furnished (like the couch and a few other things) if it helps — just let us know what you’d be interested in and we can talk about it!

📅 The lease runs through May , and you’d be welcome to talk to the landlord about renewing it after that if you’d like to stay longer.

🔍 Requirements from the landlord:
• Credit score +
• Income of at least 3x the rent (before tax)
