Hi! Looking for someone to sublease this apartment in Enclave from August to July .
It is a bathroom deluxe cottage, the room you would be staying in is bedroom #1 shown in the image of the floor plan below. (Image of the exterior below is not the same siding color as the real house, but same layout)
Rent: $ per month, utilities are a flat rate and included in that rent payment, and parking pass is included, I am willing to pay for some more of the rent as well.

Lease Takeover Fee is covered.
