Room for rent in San Marcos

Description

I’m renting a room. Obviously all items in the room that are currently displayed in the photos can be removed from the room. It is a + square foot apartment and that includes a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. I am a graduate student and teaching assistant in the MFA program at TSU. I am sober. I don’t often have guests. Sometimes I will. I spend a lot of time in my room, which includes my office. Upon receiving a roommate I will spend even more time in my space. I am friendly, sociable, and easy to get along with; though, in my space I like to unwind and relax. It would be nice to share the space with someone who also likes to keep to themselves, that way we can avoid being on top of each other. WiFi, electric, and everything included. There is a small outside space where I plan to do some light gardening, as well as add seating arrangements. There is a laundry room included with the complex, though I do mine up the street. I have a cat, everybody loves him. His name is Benji.
