Looking for ASAP Move-In — Silver Lake, Echo Park, Virgil Village, Los Feliz, East Hollywood (also open to Highland ParkP, Eagle Rock, Glendale)

Hi! I’m looking for a new place to move into ASAP (today is July ). The apartment I thought I had secured unfortunately fell through today, and I need to be out of my current place by July at the latest.

Ideal Areas:
Silver Lake, Echo Park, Virgil Village, Los Feliz, East Hollywood
Also open to: Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Glendale

About the space I’m looking for:
• Ideally sq ft+
• Something with character or charm (original wood floors, pastel tiles, anything era is the key to my heart!
• Dream amenities: balcony/outdoor space, pool, and parking
• Rent range: $ (would love to stay close to $)
• I’m currently $ and hoping to reduce that a bit

Would love something that feels homey, where I can truly settle in. Ideally looking for private units and open to other options as long as privacy is on the table.
