I'm looking for a room downtown-ish

My name is Henrique, a year old bartender from Brazil, and I'm looking for a bedroom in the West End Downtown area. But also okay with Chinatown, kits, arbutus ridge and Dunbar. I would prefer to move in after August th, but I am totally willing to accommodate, within a CAD budget. I'm a morning person. I love to take my days slow and calm, but I understand differing lifestyles, and am used to accommodating for that, having lived in shared living spaces before. I appreciate a clean well maintained house, especially the kitchen. Because of the highly social job I have, I prefer to come back home and spend time alone, chilling. My priorities outside of work include studying French and exercising, so definitely not looking at hosting large functions etc. However, I believe in the value of communication, so regardless of our similarities and difference, I see no reason to have any issue with anyone. Looking forward to finding a nice, cozy place, and roommates to share the ride with.
