Looking for a new tenant for my student apartment as I'll be leaving Melbourne in November . The lease transfer will take place in mid-November, with the lease running until February . If you wish to extend the lease beyond that, you can contact the apartment management directly.
The transfer process is official — I'll terminate my contract with the management, and you'll sign a new one with them, so everything is handled through the proper channels.
