BR has a window, 1st fl, full BA in hall. Lg walk-in closet. Other BRs upstairs. W/D in-house. Sharing house. Utilities included. We’re politically liberal, LGBTQ & cannabis friendly. My son works at a dispensary. Smoking outside only. Must love dogs, we have 3 small ones. We will keep them out of your private space. I’m big into recycling, reusing & composting and want a housemate to do it too. We’re busy, active and rarely have houseguests. We have had other housemates. We keep the house cool in the winter & use a pellet stove as part of heat. The house is about middeg in summer.
