Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at UNCOMMON Dinkytown ASAP. The lease is for 1 year from to . It is a private room with you rown bathroom across the hall. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other guys all of whom are really nice. Rent is $ months. The rent includes utilities (like water, trash etc.) but there is a Utility Billing Administration Fee of $/mo and renters insurance fee of $/mo. Electricity is separate and depends on your usage in your room only. The apartment is within a minute walk from the campus.

The room you will be taking over is D, far to the left so you will have the most privacy. The guys are open to cooking together as well.
