Hello! We are looking for a third roommate for a house in Havertown, starting in August. The house is baths. We both primarily work from home, so one of those bedrooms will be our office space, and were thinking that last bedroom would be the "library" - but if you work from home too, that room can be your office space instead!

Your room would be on the first floor and next to a full bath, which would be all yours.

There are a washer and dryer in the basement as well as an additional refrigerator, and chest freezer if desired. There is a driveway and a substantial back yard with space to garden and a recently re-done deck. There is a detached garage (') that we are planning to turn into a game night / additional hangout space (so no one is bothered if Dungeons & Dragons gets rowdy.)

We will have one sweet, shy tabby cat in the house, named Hiccup. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. We are also friendly, BUT this is a non-smoking household and we would ask that any vaping be done outside.
